Information we collect includes:

Endeared date into our systems ie demographics (DoB, Heigh/Weight)
Some relevant third-party information.

Use of collected information:
Up to date our records
To Improve our products and services including customer website experience
Act on relevant customer feedback/questions/enquiries
Provide information on our other relevant services
Provide additional services i.e. user accounts to access online systems/portals
To produce summarised outcome reports relevant to the services we provide to our customers.
Telephone and other recordings to be used for training and quality assurance purposes. They may be used in dispute resolution or in defence of legal claims.
CCTV footages may be used for the detection and prevention of crime and recordings may be used in dispute resolution or in defence of legal claims.
Online information, and social media, could occasionally be used to send promotional material about our products.

Health related Information:
Sensitive personal data, including health and disability details might be used to  provide services to our client/s. This will be done in line with GMC/FOM GDPR and other relevant legislation, as well as Iatroregenesis Ltd internal policies. At times, we may contact the author of the information you send us for clarifications and confirmation purposes.

Information Security:
All customer information is stored on secure servers in line with our data retention policies, client requirements and data protection legislation. Iatroregenesis Ltd does its best to protect the information we collect and store about you, we cannot guarantee the security of any information sent to us via the internet. Therefore, we advise all our customers to consider using password protection.

Uses and disclosure of information:
We will not sell your information or share it with other organisations for marketing/market research/commercial purposes.
Circumstances under which we may share information:

Anonymised, non-identifiable manner to:
Our customers i.e about the uses of our systems
Research i.e.to look at trends/themes, aiming in improving outcomes, such as health outcomes.

To any law enforcement agency, court, regulator, government authority or other third party where we believe this is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, or otherwise to protect our rights or the rights of any third party.
To other parties where we identify serious concerns about your or someone else’s health or wellbeing.
To any third party or supplier for the purposes of providing the services, where you have provided consent (where appropriate)
As part of a sale of some or all of our business and assets to any third party or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation.
All the above will comply in maintaining security and confidentiality of the data and, if anonymised, to block re-identification.

To remove/correct/update specific information

If we hold your information for the purposes of services we provide on behalf of another organisation, any request you make may be more relevant to them and we may ask you to contact them directly. If you do send your request to us and we pass it to another organisation, we will tell you.

When making your request you should provide us with enough information to allow us to confirm your identity. We may ask for more information, for example to allow us to locate that information or if someone else makes the request to us on your behalf we may ask for a specific form of authority by which you allow them to receive your information from us on your behalf.

If you ask us to delete all data we hold about you, and we hold the information based on:
your consent – we will delete it. Where we do agree to delete your data this may result in the termination of our services;
another legal basis – we will consider your request on a case by case basis, establish if the legal basis still applies and whether we can otherwise delete the information. If it is not necessary for us to keep it, we will delete it.

Freedom of Information - Please note that Iatroregenesis Ltd are not subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA). We may hold information on behalf of clients who are subject to FOIA, however, you should direct any requests to those Public Authorities in the first instance.

Privacy policy

Our founder, Dr. Ilias Macheridis, has over 25 years of healthcare experience. He has military and hospital work experience in Greece. Also, he has worke​d in complex environments during various humanitarian disasters, including wars & natural disasters  (earthquakes, Tsunamis, urban health needs assessment). Since 2006, he has been working in the UK, in Leicester area, in a variety  of  roles, including for work DWP, and large OH providers supporting multiple public and private sector clients. since 2013, he works through Iatroregenesis Ltd, and provides services for a plethora of organisations including, fire and rescue and police services,  as well as a number of local manufacturing companies, education institutions and other local business.
